Hi friend
my website index Google without www for my main domain but my deeplinks urls are index with www please explain me why this issu .

Thanks

It's what's known as 'canonicalisation'... See this post from a couple of days ago:

You can also fix this via google webmaster tools: by default google sees yoursite.com and www.yoursite.com as two different sites, but you can ask it to index only one of them.

i never been worrying about www or no.. works just great if you don't touch it at all..

there;s no such thing as "best url"...

probably with www is better because most regular surfers always put www infront when they type a domain. Its like if it doesn't contain www infront it isn't a web address according to them :)

same here. But i don't think it matters. cheers for a website ranked on the top even without www

The 'www' is irrelevant from the majority of perspectives. It only matters that you adopt a single approach for link-building, so you don't lose juice to what the SE's can see as a different page.
