My website drop heavily after building links

Do a link blast every two weeks to a month, continually adding links the google dance is annoying sometimes but it has always worked out in the end for me.

If you do too much link building your site can get penalized.
Its better if you dont do link building at all and instead build blog comments slowly

So I should stop building links daily now? I'm at 20/day pace. My links are all social network. Are links from autopligg are useful? which source of links do you recommend?

Thanks for the info, I didn't do many comments as i think they are not powerful like web 2.0. In addition, most of blogger now put nofollow tag in the comment links.

which link building velocity is ideal guys? 10/days, 20/days?...
