My via is having problem enabling 2fa. Can you help me?

I tried my best to turn on 2fa again and again but still no result. The process I did was go to settings and privacy -> Personal information -> Password and security -> 2-factor authentication. I don't know if I did the wrong process but I clicked on it and it rotated and the result didn't show up. Anyone who knows please help me

Try another browser/device first, then if it is still not working you can try to contact support for additional troubleshooting as a last resort. Good luck!
 
Sounds frustrating. The steps you followed look correct, so it might be a bug or account-specific issue. Sometimes clearing cache or trying from another device/browser helps. If not, contacting support could be the safest option.
 
Just try logging in on another device, using an incognito tab, or switching to the Google Authenticator app. If it keeps spinning, it's a system error, wait and turn it back on.
 
Check if your VIA account has a verified phone/email and sync your authenticator app’s time, then retry enabling 2FA.
 
Try clearing your cache or using a different browser or device. If that doesn’t work, contacting support usually does the trick.
 
It may be a system error. Try changing your browser or enabling 2FA on the app. If it still doesn't work, report the problem to Facebook.

It’s likely a glitch so try updating the app or using another device to enable two factor authentication
