Backlink Monitor: Here I add all my links and I check which link is alive,indexed ,what % anchor ratio I have and some more informations. It's a very handy tool.
XMind: For me i'ts just like excel but more visual. I use it to develop my seo strategies,ideas & niches.
Roboform: It's like Auto Fill Magic but only for storing passwords.This one alone has saved me weeks of time & it costs around $20
MainWp: I use it to manage money sites and pbns. It also saves lot of times updating plugins ,themes and taking regular backups of your sites. I use 1 installation on a vps for the money sites and another installation on another vps for the pbn.
HideMyWp: You've already mentioned this but I have something to add.I've been using this as well for months and for the 1 time fee it worths every penny. However, I would suggest to not turn on the firewall settings. It had lot of problems in the past and lot of websites have been hacked.
