I decided to post a thread about some of the tools I use to speed my process up. No, this is not an earth shattering post, but some of these may surprise you - that is why I am sharing. We have all heard of some tools like archive, keyword shitter, etc. Some tools are mentioned a lot, other websites and tools are not, and because of that you are missing out.
Autofill Magic
This tool is sold on BHW. It is sold as a Web 2.0 creator. What it does is simple, it is a browser add on which allows you to fill in form details instantly. You save the profile information in the Autofill Magic site / dashboard and can download the log in details and sites you post to instantly.
At face value, this is a tool to make creating and logging into Web 2.0 a breeze. I do use it for that, but it also has some other solutions which are why I am mentioning it.
1. Autofill Magic can be taught to log into new forms.
Although Autofill Magic can create a huge list of sites, you can add more to the list. The 'fill out form' feature also works with any website out of the box.
2. Autofill Magic can store and export email information.
Autofill Magic also exports email information you use. Autofill Magic also is designed to create emails for you with a couple different email providers. This is nice because (I am sick of typing so I will use AFM for Autofill Magic) AFM will auto check and verify Web 2.0 accounts within the email account it recognizes.
This is where AFM gets good. While looking for an email management solution for my PBN(s) it dawned on me that AFM already did that. You can create an email, and log into it from AFM and can view the emails.
Why does this help? If I have 50 Domains I need 50 different email accounts. I need to check all of them randomly because sometimes you get I Cann emails, hosting emails, or registrar emails. AFM keeps it all in one place. I do not need a huge excel file. I can just down load the file, name it the PBN site domain and I am good to go.
3. AFM can fill out forms for PBNs
Like an idiot I tried to use AFM to update Who Is information for domains I already registered. It did not work at first. It turns out it was my fault. It turns out you can use AFM to fill out all details when registering a domain, to change Who Is details with registrars, and essentially make you entire process easier.
You input the details once in AFM, then fill out the form and AFM will save the details (Email, password, etc) and you now can download a file with all of your information.
4. Register Expired Web 2.0s
I advocate expired Web 2.0s a lot, it saves you link building effort. AFM can help you reclaim the blog. The only thing you need to do is type in the exact blog you want to register after FM fills out the form for you. Then you saved a lot of time with the details and you have the details saved.
I got to all these cool perks of AFM by just playing around with the tool. I am sure you can figure out how to do more. I just got a notification on my browser today that the tool was updated and logging into Wordpress Blogs is now fixed after Wordpress changed its registration process. So it is still updated and sold by BHW member, so that is an added perk. Ningning is the seller and AFM's site also has some upcoming features like a new way to spin articles that looks pretty cool and gives you a lot more variation for Web 2.0 posting and creation. This is one of the few tools I think everyone would benefit from.
Expired Article Hunter
This little gem was suggest by Hawkster. I loved the tool so much I got a copy for my partner and my VA. The premise is simple, scrape expired domains for content. If it is no longer indexed by Google you get to re use it. Sounds nice, right?
Well, it gets better. First a warning. You need to check to ensure the content is not already used by another domain so you need to check the content first. After that I use it as tier one and PBN content. It makes my content expenses next to nothing.
The 'it gets better' is you can find some special pages and reuse them. For example...
1. Unique Privacy Policy and About Us Pages
For those of use building PBNs, most likely you are not creating these pages or using one of the same plug ins everyone else is using. This screams foot print. What can you do? You can steal either the former privacy and about us pages from your expired domain or find random ones. Most Privacy Policy are cookie cutter, but you can get some unique About Us pages which is a great plus.
2. Unique 'Filler Pages'
Again, for a PBN or Web 2.0 designed to impress a client, I like to add random filler pages. For expired domains I am using for a money site, I also re create pages with a lot of link juice (I only recreate the exact URL structure) and put some other content on the page to add to my silo structure. The problem is finding content for this.
I fire up Article Hunter and look for unique pages. Some unique pages range from Contact Us to Visit out Sponsor pages. Any filler pages a website may have. I can make sure it is mostly unique and reuse it and flush my websites out easily.
Article Hunter is sold on BHW by user Zacatictac. So far, I really do not need support. The only downside is when you run the program it creates a temporary folder on your PC. This bogs you down fast. The bright side is you can then go back into the folders to look for content later if you wanted.
Browser Extension Galore
I use a LOT of browser extensions. AFM is one of them. Some other useful ones are:
1. Moz Plug In
2. Ahrefs Plug In
3. Zapyo
The first two are straight forward. I believe Moz also has a plug in. These allow for competition and top ten analysis in a breeze and saves you from digging up every website manually. Huge time saver when checking out a niche or helping people in PM.
Zapyo is one of many proxy rotation plug ins. I have used it for registering Web 2.0s (Although some people have complained these plug ins have cause massive Web 2.0s bans) to visiting pages which record your IP, such as editing Wikipedia and Wiki sites.
Not a whole lot of explanation is needed for these plug ins. You add them to your tool bar and can simple vastly speed up your process which can take a lot of time if you do it manually. After checking out competition for one website on Google and manually entering the site URL into all the back link checkers you will quickly discover this is a time consuming pain.
Hide My Wordpress
This is a plug in for wordpress which acts as a security feature. It can hide admin folder, to changing the folder structure for your website. This vastly helps prevent sites from hacking your Wordpress site.
That is the basic stuff. You also can add it to a site, edit Wordpress footer details from your theme and edit the basic settings, and no one would ever know you are using Wordpress for your website. You can't tell when you do it right.
Randomly on my PBN sites I add Hide My Wordpress, edit footer details and change all details. At max security settings the plug in changes every folder someone would use to figure out your site is using the Wordpress CMS. This is one of the ways I get around the foot print of every site using the Wordpress CMS in my PBN. I do mix in some other CMS for safety, but I sleep better at night after having this plug in.
I believe it is sold by Code Canyon. It is not expensive and can be used unlimited times. It is one of the best security plug ins I have used and the added hide my PBN functionality make this a home run.

This is a website I use a lot, for obvous reasons. It allows me to easily check:
- 3rd Party Metrics (Moz, Majestic, etc)
- Who Is Details
- Social Media Count
It looks up a lot more. I find that a lot of 'trust flow' checking tools will show you a graph or be limited to how many sites you can see. So far, this site is my farovite.
Some nice perks is with domain metric checking is the site shows you the metics for all URL variations. So http:, www. and non www. This makes things easier for me as I do not need to pug in all variations into the dedicated sites like Majestic.
Link Management
This one will get me laughed at by most SEOs. But I want to share anyways. Links Management is a SAPE style back link seller. Most of us know that. Links Management also has a SEO Cost Calculator. It checks the top ten and gives you some results for the top ten websites ranking for your key word, and gives you a projected cost to rank.
All sounds good so far. But that is not what I use the Cost Calculator for. When I was a newbie I found it time consuming to find howmany exact match anchors a website had. The Cost Calculator does that for you.You can either plug in your domain / website or another site in the top ten. The Cost Calculator will then pull up details for your entered URL and a couple others in top ten randomly.
This means, for those not reading between the lines, you can easily find a KW, plug it into Link Management, and find out how many non - PBN exact match anchors a website has. I include this in my competition analysis and use this as apart of how I sniff out a PBN. Joe Blow has a website about wallets. Joe Blow is ranking number one and is beating site with a bunch of exact match Guest Posts and he has zero exact match referring anchors? I would bet he is using a PBN with crawlers blocked.
Other people use more sophisticated (And honestly better) ways for competition analysis but I found thisa useful tool when I started out and wanted to mention it.
Time is Money
Cutting five minutes off registering a PBN with Autofill Magic, then ten minutes a month to check emails for the PBN domain may not sound like alot, but you are saving several hours a year for one site. If you have many PBN sites (10s - 100s - 1000s) you end of saving a LOT more time. You add days to your life by adding some simple additions to your toolbox.
Make a PBN look more legit with some about us pages which are already completed is a huge time saves and automates a creative process which can save you an infinate amount of time.
If you have a time saver or sweet tool you would like to share, I am all ears for improving my process. Doing everything manually is not only time consuming, it is stupid.
