My web 2.0 plan is to make my web2.0s also rank for keywords(low search, non-buyer) and perhaps generate some traffic of their own, and get some referral traffic from them. The readers in the niche this is built for are loyal and deeply knowledgeable, they work together to shut out obvious IMers, so I had to build this plan with that in mind.
My next project involves doing basic SEO linking, but not this plan.
Every plan should know the audience of the niche

On the main site, yes. I have 2 writers that are passionate for the niche, so they help.
For my back linking plan, I started outsourcing the account creation to a VA, but otherwise I am doing it all myself.
 
I liked how your last example the good one shows the big image of the men working together as if it were a real service.
The fact that you had the free download part made it even more genuine.

But depending on keyword, your just gonna have to scale this up.

This will create 100 quality backlinks, niche relevant, partner that with a small/powerful PBN, guest posts, a strong social media campaign(NEVER totally rely on Google), manual blog comments, directory submissions, and some smaller/weaker web 2.0s; and it will easily build my authority in the niche for the low/medium comp keywords, which will be silo structured to power my more competitive keywords.
Don't think for a low/medium comp niche it will need much more scaling up.

Plus run a few other sites. What can I say, sleep is overrated.

It still doesn't make sense to me. You can write the articles in your websites in such a way to also target those "low search non-buyer" keywords/phrases and rank for them as well except your primary buyer keywords. Also, it doesn't really matter if you are building web 2.0-s or websites - the readers will see through it if you say they are like that. Anyway, it's your decision, but you are doing a hell lot of unnecessary work for no benefit at all.
 
Great plan. To be honest,am super impressed by Patriotnews detailed and well laid out plan. it seems like a concrete plan.
But i want to know, what do you use in creating videos?

Do you have different slidevideo accounts or one and share all together?
Do you buy social signals to these web 2.0?

Very nice blueprint.
Web 2.0 are powerful. Most of the time people underestimate their power since they they are free.
I have devoted a good part of my SEO learning career to web 2.0 and I know that a good quality web 2.0 can provide an awesome SERP boost.

@patriotnews The weebly site you mentioned towards the end of your first post have some more scope of improvement. You can add site title in the settings. Right now your site title is shown as "Home".
 
I would not advise you to go so deep with the web2.0s, especially the new one. And especially for med difficulty keywords. Better concentrate your efforts on manual email outreach.

i think what OP did was exactly perfect except making a shitton of work just for webs. i would change the webs for own domains. i dont know if document share sites perform well because i didnt try, but maybe they do
