My site does not improve

You need both more content and links.

Make sure the On-Page SEO is well done on your site. Many people fail to tell you that it has the most impact on a website.
As for the Articles, Quality is indeed a factor you want to calculate.
As you probably know, the ranking of a website comes this way.
On-Page SEO is correctly done. No Keywords Stuffing
Quality content(don't really bother with over 1.5k words if you can't more than that. 1.5k is more than enough to rank good)
Make sure to know your competition - This will take a while.
High-Quality Do-Follow Backlinks - Powered by Tier 2, 3, and so on.
If the website is 6 months old you should literally point more links to it if the On-Page SEO is already correctly done.

This definitely covers most of the things...

Apart from this, some niche do take time to show relevant improvement...BE patient and positive....

According to MOZ it is 17
Mate... not in the metrics is the problem (a prefer Ahrefs).

The idea is doesn't mean a shit without context.

That's why I was asking about keywords. There are lots

Also for example for keyword "payday loans online" a doubt you all 10 pages having bigger metrics (or are hiding backlinks). And if your website is not in top 10 then you will gave almost no traffic. So your Domain Rating it's not enough to diagnose a problem, without context. What kind of articles, what niche, whether a unique stat, whether there is an increase in positions. Do you used long-tail keywords? Bunch of thinks matters beside backlinks. DR or URL ratings are telling me info only about your backlink profile.

18 articles isn't that many, unless they are 5k words of great content.

57% Do follow isn't enough either, you need quality links.
A few years ago, I had a 25 pages site that made me over $60k in a few months. So, backlinks are needed, and silo the heck out of the small amount of pages work. :)

Add more quality content and build links to your money kw posts.

Are you targeting low competition keywords or just publishing random articles on a whim?

thank you for the answer man. also can you please help me in getting my blog good traffic.

You need to be more patient and continue publishing (with proper keyword research, of course).
Have you heard of Google Sandbox? Your articles need time to rank... If you have decent on-page and did a good keyword research (not trying to rank in niches you cannot crack with your current level of experience/budget), then just continue publishing and be persistent with your plan.

Honestly, most replies in this thread can do you more harm and good... because people suggest you all kinds of things (following various goals, for example trying to promote services in their signatures...).
If you have a decent plan, on-page, and KW research, just continue working.

To drive more traffic into your website, you need to do two things,

(i) Spice up the site itself, and
(ii) Write engaging content

For your website, you can do the following things -
  • Advertise
  • Get social
  • Write attractive headlines
  • Mix things up
  • Implement long-tail keywords
  • You can try guest postings
  • You can invite other's to write on your page
To write engaging content, you can implement the following methods -
  • Decide what to write
  • Write an attractive title
  • Divide your content into three segments - Introduction, body, and conclusion

You had an average of 3 articles per month eh?

Try making it 5 per month including well researched long tail keywords. over 1000 words, some do follow links and unique information.

Dont rush it. You might be in higly competetive niche and im sure about it since im trying those for ages and seeing the good traffic after 8 months to a year.

im currently in a niche that has no competition besides giants who are grabbing the traffic for now since no matter what they slap they are ranking it. The domain is 2 months old and first index with articles was 3 days ago. Im already getting 5-10 traffic per day.

18 articles is not that many. Focus on creating content, but don't just make 500 words articles every half an hour. It's better to have a couple thousand words good original articles posted on a regular basis. Give your links a look as well, are they mostly PBNs? Try getting some real links and you might get some referral traffic as well. Also, make sure you're targeting the right keywords. Maybe, people are just not looking for what you're positioning yourself as, see what you can change.

It's not enough to gain traffic. You need to add more useful articles and high quality links.

There are too many possible factors to consider here, but 18 articles is honestly not that much. It is certainly a good start, but you will need more, without sacrificing quality or consistency. Remember, quality is key.
On the other hand, you said that you have 400+ backlinks and your rating isn’t improving? Have you considered the possibility that many of them are of low quality? Because that seems like a very real possibility, and if it’s true, those backlinks are certainly not helping your rating.
