My Site Cloned

Hi

I just found out that my site has been cloned.

FIRSTLY someone must have accessed my hosting account(which was VERY difficult), but they did.

Can anyone suggest what I can do to remove this site, as I'm worried it might affect my site?

ANY advice gratefully received.

Hello,
You must do 2 things:
- contact the thief's hosting
- contact all search engine you respect

try to get the ip of the website to know which company is hosting this,and get contact with them,or hire a hacker to close it

Contact the hosting company and tell them what happen , Send a mail to the contact form of that cloned website stating that you are the owner of the original website. Ask them to remove the content from their website.

No one accessed your hosting account, its just that there are some services which will clone your website in order to do some quick changes and publish it with ease.
