Ever since the dreaded Panda update that moved so many of our sites around in SERPs, it seems like my Rank Tracker (which we use every day, multiple times a day) has a few of my "penalized" keywords stuck at a really high position, which is way above the slot where they are truly ranked.
I think it has something to do with the cookies in my browser or something - like it's showing me a personalized result for these keywords even though RankTracker claims to work through random proxies and all that good stuff (sorry I'm not very technical). I've even inserted my own proxies to run the search but I still get words that were in fact penalized showing up at the #5 or so slot.
I know they're penalized and probably sitting somewhere in the 40's-60's because other rank trackers / normal google searches on other computers tell me so.
How can I fix rank tracker so the results are accurate?
Thanks
