My SEO dropped almost over night

Hi guys
Need help with my SEO .. all of a sudden my Ads are not returning nearly half what it used to and my ranking is very low on search (this literally happened over night), adding money to my ads didnt help at all ! .. i dont know if my competition is the reason but i have lost a substantial market share this month (Nov) and id like it to be checked:
1- Check my competiton (did they copy my keywords or did they clone my sites)?
2- Assess my Website and see why are we not ranking and reaching
3- Boost my SEO

SEO or paid ads? You are mixing two different things here, so it’s hard to understand what you mean by "my ranking is very low".

Also, give some background about your site.
 
It might be the Algorithm update mate so be patient and analyse what happening for your site for a few days

After that you make an effort to implement it

Hi .. been patient for the full month of Nov .. i cant figure it out and need someone to take a look

Yes .. they both are a problem but what i need help with here is SEO and ranking, i have consulted with some one on Ads already as a separate subject .. i did see anyone that dose both (maybe there is bu i didnt find someone in the threads that seem to have grasp over both).

Google algorithm update might be a one of the reason for the sudden down . But apart from that you should aware of your paid ads campaign set up is fit to your site or business.
Check about the target audience and other features to make sure with proper planning which suited to your current competition trend.
 
I recommend running a full SEO audit, analyzing competitor keywords, and checking for any technical issues or algorithm changes that may be impacting your rankings and ad performance..

it seems to me that either Google's algorithms have changed or you have a major competitor

It's probably the new update. You can do all of these with ahrefs and/or semrush.
