My ScrapeBox Nightmare! Can You Wake Me UP From It???

    Hey Blackhatter! I'm having some issues with ScrapeBox and was hoping to get some help from you guys. I purchased it months ago and was very happy with it. Seeing as it was such a cool piece of software when ScrapeBoard was leaked out I went ahead and made a purchase. After using ScrapeBoard a few days I decided it was not for me and asked Paypal to issue a refund.

    This process took a while but did get the refund for it. Now in the meantime ScrapeBox had stopped working and I was told by support it was because I had purchased it with the same Paypal ID and since I had asked for a refund on ScapeBoard the ScrapeBox was affected due to the IP validation system being used.

    I then received a refund for ScrapeBox (which I did not ask for) and decided to go ahead and re-purchase it. Well, I did and then waited the 12 hours for it to be activated. An email came into my inbox from support telling me the ScrapeBox was now live and when I went to use it the license was not active.

    Ok, so I decided to contact support and sent them a sceenshot of ScrapeBox not activated along with their original email telling me that it was. Man, what a pain in the butt! As of now I have not had any response and due to the fact I have not accumulated enough posts I cant contact SweetFunny via PM.

    Could someone here which has contact with the developer contact them on my behalf and point them to this thread so I can communicate with them??

    There is no point at all pming SweetFunny as she has stated for a long time she CANNOT read pms!

    Email her/team and wait for a while, I have always had a reply within 24 hours(normally 12)
