my roommate is getting erros logging into bhw

    bhw comes up fine on my computer but on all of his browsers he is getting

    I was getting this error for the longest time on chrome but then logged onto firefox and it was fine. It just took some time and mine fixed it self.

    He needs to change his password. Give him a link to BHW, not the homepage, and have him login there. It should prompt him to reset his password.

    I had that message for a while too, I think it had something to do with my lastpass plugin with firefox and autologin. My password expired and it was trying to log me in with my old password. I simply changed my password again and fixed it in lastpass and all was good.

    I had the same thing. I forget how I got around it but I think my bookmark got messed up somehow. Maybe I searched for BHW on Google and then re-bookmarked it. It worked fine after I worked my unknown magic-touch on it.

    I had the same message for about 10 minutes some weeks ago, but later on it was working fine as always! didn´t even had to delete cookies... hm.. odd.
