I might have a different problem. I use Chrome and I have been unable to access BHW for the last two days. I have just logged in using Explorer instead.

I was getting that very same error in Chrome and a "your pwd has expired" in Firefox a few days ago. Then I read HaRRo's post about changing pwd's.
IIRC I had to whack my bhw cookie, login, and change my pwd when prompted to do so.
if you are having problems geting on the site becuase of this erro message
then you need to go to your email that is with your BHW account and find a message from BHW that says thread bla bla bla update view that email and click the link that says something like this
once you have done that you should be on the site but you need to renew your password this is the reason you have seen the erro message

Thank you raidel and welcome back deemos...
This (raidel's OP and the followups by everyone else) is a great example of us helping each other out and trying to make this a better forum. And of the philosophy behind when I bitch about policing our own community, not BH-ing each other, etc. The mods do a great job overall, but we non-mod's need to do our part too.
