My right eye wont stop twitching

    Im so stressed out. Trying to put up this front, like all has been good. Just wasted away three years of my life at a dead end job. I need to start all over again.

    It could be stress or you might need glasses? Or a new prescription. Either way, don't rush in to anything while your this stressed think things through, decide what you want to pursue and go for it! :)

    Ive been hitting it hard, been on three new job interviews. In the last 4 days. Countless research on new methods. Current methods are almost working but my capital is too low to really produce any results. I can barely look at my girlfriend with out her pissing me off because she's distracting me. I haven't been talking much. Im waking up angry. I been working so fucking hard, and nothings giving. Just my rant, but I guess ill just use it as motivation. It just seems no ones sympathy or affection seems to matter. All that matters to me recently is money. Just lost right now.

    Sounds like you have early signs of depression to be honest - Take a long walk along the beach or go for a long drive.

    Im just going to try to practice not thinking in circles. Ive heard that one, I used to tel my kid siblings the same thing when they got hurt. Definitely a classic.

    Thanks man, depression. That doesn't really answer it correctly. Just like when taking no for an answer goes too far. I feel more insane than depressed. Actually, angry, depressed, anxious, scared, and thoughts, and thoughts, and thoughts, and thoughts. All the emotions hit me in a circle, then I like come to and get a grasp on my goals, but within seconds.

    It feels like it would be called a functioning skitzo, just holding on to the threads of sanity. Something seems to have clicked lately, and I just started caring about my life again. Like really caring. Then just looking back at the fucked up decisions I made, and no plan on how to move forward.

    Eh, it's just a sketchy feeling. Ya know like I am used to winning, and things always coming very naturally. But I am NOT winning! What the fuck!! (sigh) I will get a grip soon. Just thought I would share.

    Trust me bro. My life is one big risk, I am somewhat stable right now. Long term girlfriend, long term living situation. (Under a year) yet, longest so far. LOL. But I am all about taking risks. Nothing is ever easy, and I just think that I haven't given myself a break. I really don't deserve a break, until I am able to live away from paycheck to paycheck.

    How to be happy in three steps:

    • Meditate 20 mins a day every day
    • Exercise 1 hour a day 5-7 days a week
    • Eat clean, no meat, no diary, no processed foods, and high carb low fat for maximum energy.
    Test that out for a few weeks and if you feel no better then you have serious issues and need to see a doctor immediately.

    Dude, I keep telling people this, but either go for a run (I know, too cold, difficult, painful, etc...blah blah...just try it) or go hit a heavy bag. Release tension, get high on endorphins - then you'll think clearer.

    I think from the last two answers, it has become pretty clear I need to exercise. Totally makes sense, I lived on the beach and surfed for seven years straight. I haven't surfed actively in over four years.

    Thanks to you guys, I had a beer sat and thought for a bit, realized I just got caught in a rut. Needed to vent.

    I get muscle spasms if I'm working out too hard, and not replenishing nutrient the body needs. Maybe try taking a multivitamin or eating a banana...

    Get a 25lb weight and put it beside your desk. It's hard to get out sometimes when you are tied into a project, but easy to do some curls or tricep extensions while waiting for an upload. Pushups and situps also apply.

    The twitching eye is probably from either reading too much on a monitor or mobile. If available put your desk somewhere that allows you focus your vision out a few hundred yards or so to give your eyes an occasional break.
