I started to run several seo services over different marketplaces and have run seo services via own sites
Own site has done over $140000 in the past year in revenue
I need a partner that provides full login access to his/her *aged* paypal (via rdp)
I will provide 4-5% of all gross revenue on a biweekly basis for the first month and thereafter monthly.
The agreement should be for 1 year and extendable on a yearly basis.

Only people with aged paypal with no holds and a good transaction history
No indian Paypal or any paypal countries that have limits or tax complications

Can also get other paypal as well with instant cash out option.
Haven't checked if mine has no holds but its aged account and have transactions..

Who is covering the taxes on it? To get a unlimited account you need to put in tax information and 4-5% wouldn’t cover it at all. In fact I would owe thousands by the end. Maybe if it was net profits we could work something out
 
What will happen if someone stole your money while u do your work? that's not good for business, u need 99% trustworthy people.

Im trying to shortlist people based on several factors. There were quite a few interested, who had stealth accounts and I do not think they are a good fit for me at the moment

Going further I would be happy to hear from people who are the actual account holder, so not your gf's or aunts' account and definitely no bought accounts :)
 
I have one of 3 years where I use on my ecommerce website.

Movimented around 50k$ on it and less than 2% refund rate.

A simple question, maybe I'm missing something.
Why wouldn't you make a fully verified PP yourself?
Pay Pal is so damn friendly. I've spoken to them over phone a couple of times and they are truly the SWEETEST customer service I've come across.
Connect a bank card, submit a few documents like PP copy / utility bill and you have a full fledged account with no limits in really no time.

I have multiple business that bring in over $20K per month each.
I have multiple PayPal accounts - all cleanly and nicely setup.
Even have used their merchant rate for fees to save up on their fees / charges.
 
I am from Vietnam with a 5 years Paypal account. We don’t pay any tax in Vietnam! I use my account to buy things online, Forex, Godaddy, Fifa 18..... I spend and receive $2,000-$3,000 with this account. I won 3 disputed when bought digital products. I call PayPal support once and recive $10 gift. I only agree to cooperate without any illegal stuff like hacking or stealing. You can work with me because we don’t pay tax here.
 
I would be interested in this JV and the Paypal(5+ years old) account is from China and is owned by a guy who I have been dealing with since like 3.5+ years now. Now, I do not think he will be able to share the logins but definitely your major share will be sent to you without any hassle.

Let me know if you are still interested...we can start small if you want and take it from there...
 
I have a Bulgarian Paypal account that i've been using for the past 2 years with a couple of thousand $$$$$ of transactions. Probably, won't be able to give login credentials as I have my bank accounts connected with it, but if you're interested, pm me to discuss this :) Actually, I wouldn't even comment on this opportunity if it wasn't for @BassTrackerBoats recommendation for you.
