My problems on my ig acc that no one can solve :) ?

Hi everyone, I hope you're having a gr8 day.

I have 2 big problems on my acc that doesn't fixed by months...

1-) I'm sure one of my post was in explore page (finally ) I have many screenshots from my new followers but it doesn't appear "From Explore" in my traffic sources in my post stats. What can I do?

2-) When other people follows me, my profile suggests the similar persons like me, it's okay. But I visit the profiles that my profile suggests, but they doesn't suggests me! For example: I'm extremely sure he/she must suggest me, but no...

I'm using my acc for 4 years, and I've got 33k real followers and I don't wanna lose anything so please don't say "create a new acc" or anything else like that I've so much labor in that

1. Its not necessary that you get a separate column to find explore in your insights. If the impressions from explore is less then you will find it in others section. I guess you might be getting these 4 rows in impresions- Home, Profile, hashtags and others. If yes and if you want to see how your posts are doing in explore then for a very good post, dont use any hashtags. This might get instagram to show you the impressions from explore if it hits there.

2. suggestions dont work on reciprocate basis. Most of the times when someone follows you they see suggestions of the accounts that you recently followed or interacted with.
So if you check the suggestions of your newest followers then you might see your account there but you will have to check from any other account as instagram wont suggest your account to yourself obviously.
