Unless you can provide us with a link to the thread where your post was deleted, we won’t be able to tell you the reason.

You’re better off asking the moderator who deleted your post, but remember to be courteous and polite - the mods are here to help everyone so don’t go charging in, all guns blazing. Be calm and measured and the mod will explain so that you don’t get into this situation again.

These are the main reasons posts get deleted:
  • Post count inflation: either thanking other members (you should use the thanks button for this) or posting nothing-y content just to get to 15 or 100 posts
  • Duplicate posts: posting the same thing more than once
  • Inappropriate content: this is anything that violates rule 3 in the TOS, including references to anything religious, political, racist, sexist or bigoted
  • Selling outside the marketplace: if you are offering your services (including 'help' that you expect to get paid for), we will delete the post
It all comes back to the holy trinity of BHW: don't spam, don't sell, don't be a dick.

maybe not posting in the relevant forum

Dude. Read the friggin' post. Not just the title.

It's a post from a moderator explaining reasons as to why the post was deleted.

Sigh...

I don't know why they deleted my reply to the guys from my post.

This banned member, who is no doubt on Skype claiming his posts were deleted for "no reason", is a great example of why your posts may be deleted from Black Hat World.

For any newbies reading this, we don't remove genuine posts from the platform. However, some ill-intentioned member come here to inflate their post count either to spam the inboxes of other members, or to rush their way into selling in our marketplace. These posts don't add anything to the threads they're in, and often times, the post count inflator does not fully read the thread they're responding to.

Hi there, not interested in selling on Marketplace, but I noticed my post for a JV was gone, is this allowed for only users higher ranked than newbie to post? thanks

We have specific profile requirements in order to post in the JV subforum - Read the rules for a JV here.

Great i was looking for that kind of information so i can be aware in advance!
And don't forget, the first main reason given at the start of this thread, "My post been deleted. Why!!!", is Post count inflation. Short, unhelpful comments will be viewed as Post count inflation and you may receive an infraction.
We'll let this one slide...

I want to know what is the maximum number of comments (posts) per day? I need to prepare to avoid being suspended or banned.

There is no specific daily limit on the number of comments/posts you can make on BHW, but the key is quality over quantity.

Post relevant content, and avoid generic replies like "Thanks" or "Great post".

No post count inflation, spamming short messages.

We need to read BHW's rules carefully to avoid violations that lead to account warnings or bans. Especially many people violate rule number 3.

Yes, all new members should read the rules, as they are told upon signup.
