So yesterday I started with the outreach, in an adult jobs website, so far i have sent nearly 100 messages, getting 1 response from a big/curvy lady and 2 random male prospects texts asking for the job ad I posted. I am in the process of setting up a meeting with the lady to discuss further detail. Today I have to send 100 more detailed messages, write a script for the meetings, set up 1-2 more meetings and hopefully get more responses. I will post later, explaining my goal with this thread and my journey as an entrepeneur in general. Any advice is welcome.

A little about me...
So I have gotten my hands onto some cash before. The thing is that I am from a third world country in Latin America, so the small businesses profits I have amassed before won't sound as crazy to an American/European. But 100$ a day here is serious talk. Prior to this, I have sold T-shirts, sold Pizza, worked at regular jobs, etc. I started learning about online businesses, and thought about starting an SMMA, but after considerating everything, I knew that there are so much better options out there. What called my attention about SMMA is that you pretty much create cash for yourself, without investing much more than your time and knowledge. Time and knowledge won't do much in e-commerce for example, as cash is the most important part of commerce. So I started indulging in the agency world, learning about how things work. The thing is that getting a client in SMMA could take months, but getting a model to work with won't take that much. Andrew Tate started to come up a lot in my tiktok, so we could say he inspired me a little, but I already thought about this back 2020 when Tyga launched a Onlyfans Management Service. And here I am, 3 days in and tomorrow I have my first ever online business meeting.

Day 2-3
So between yesterday and today I have sent about 100 more outreach messages to models to work with, totalling about 200. I have gotten 11 leads so far, and have 3 meetings booked tomorrow, one with a 50 something year old lady, other one with a tattooed girl from NY, and other with a 30 something lady from FL. I am currently working on setting up another meeting tomorrow with a Latina girl, which I reckon talking will be easy, because we are texting in spanish. There is also a 30 something girl with red hair, who only has time at night, because she is working till 8pm. I am currently working on setting up 3 more meetings this Saturday.
Professionalism
I do not really care about the model physique, as my only intention here is to help them make money and get paid on the way, I know for a fact that sometimes dealing with the opposite sex can be a real headache, that is why I am trying to be 100% professional.
Being busy
I have been a little busy this couple of days, so I have not been able to do as much outreach as I would like to. Starting from this Monday I will make more time in my schedule, will dedicate 40+ hours a week to my agency. I like the idea of creating a thread because I feel more pressure towards completing my job.

Meetings and Legal contracts
So today I may potentially have 3 meetings if none of the models flake...
I am going to do 2 meetings per model, one in which we get to break the ice between the company and the model, and another to discuss legal stuff, and signing contracts.
I am looking at how to make a legal contract in this industry, it has been a real headache, I need to get that done ASAP, as the models seem pretty motivated and ready to start at any time.
The lady I have a meeting with in a couple of hours says she is signed with a webcamming agency already, so I will be managing her Onlyfans mainly.

Yeah, Female models can be very flaky, I have gotten some male models DM showing interest in the ad I posted, I am considering working with them too, as they tend to be less flaky. At the end of the day all I need is models actively working, then I can filter them out.
In this agency game, consistency and outreach is the key to success, that by hand with managing legal stuff the right way, which is what I really need to work in. That is why I am reaching out to 100+ prospects a day, and I truly believe I will need to reach out to 200+ a day to start seeing real results with my leads.
If any of you guys have good knowledge to share with me in legal stuff and adult niche in general, I would be very grateful.

Women tend to have less entrepreneurial drive which requires a lot of discipline and doing the things you don't want to do. Obviously, those that do have these traits end up being super successful. For some models who are flaky by nature, they may prefer to know how much they are going to get paid. Women, by nature, are attracted to security that men provide. Offering a wage can be a more enticing option.
Our partnership consists in a 50/50 split. I need to be in a position where I can control the money coming in.
I have a big plan with this, involving arbitrage, the issue here is that I can't offer a salary right now because my budget was 50$ to begin with, and it is are already gone. I need to produce some cashflow and then I can start scaling up and offering a salary to my models, as I am 100% sure that new models will prefer being paid a salary than a 50% split.

Be careful with such terms as "a salary to my models". You may be regarded as a pimp. In some countries it's illegal.
English is not my mother language so I may use non complex terms, but I get what you mean. Essentially we provide the models a service, so technically they do not work for the agency, it is the other way.
First Business meeting
So I just ended the first meeting with the 30 something lady from California. She told me she just signed with a webcam studio, but she is down to do Onlyfans with us. I will now set up her Reddit, IG and Onlyfans accounts,we are signing the legal stuff Monday.
That means I have until Monday to figure out all this legal stuff.
The other lady I had a meeting flaked, and the third one, an older lady from NC, just told me to re schedule to Sunday.
Tomorrow Saturday I am working on setting up the meeting with the NY girl that flaked today, another one with the redhead girl who works till 8pm. The Latin chick has not responded my message, so I will give her time. There is also a NJ girl who seems to be very interested, and scheduled a meeting on Sunday.
For today, I will work on sending 200 outreach messages, and figuring the legal stuff out.
