LOVE THIS. I'm doing the same thing. Still marketing. Have really just started. Thrown out the 10% commission rate to mates and collegues as of last night. Got a few nibbles. I'm going in the deep end in terms of what I know and can offer. Sink or swim

What do you do about SEO Contracts and taxes? It's really a pain in the ass all theese things about contracts and taxes...

In order to check the market prices i sent some emails as client in some competitors using some friends or relatives business so i choose about 20% cheaper prices than my competitors would + money back guarrantee if i dont get them in top 5
 
Good luck! I am also thinking on starting something similar. Is it necessary to get the company registered before selling services locally?
