my new CPA Course your traffic 60%

I have a CPA course created and all laid out and want to see if anyone here has good email lists, etc, and wants to collect 60% sales. Spent a long time on this, but am no good getting traffic to the product.
you would keep 60% of all sales which has 2 upsells and 2 downsells.
