Hi! I've been reading stuff on Blackhatworld for a long time and it has helped me a lot. I stopped Internet Marketing for 2 years because I had to concentrate on my academics. I'm planning to start doing it again and I'm trying a few methods that have been shared here. I'm also working on a startup which is being funded by my college. I have around 7 hours of classwork on weekdays. I also workout regularly and go sarging occasionally. But I'll definitely invest all the free time I get on my journey.

Prior Experience
1. Worked with a few Facebook pages and promoted CPA offers and offers from sports websites like sulia and lockerdome. But the income was not substantial
2. Created a website, and hired content writing interns. The problem was that I could not automate the process. I had to proofread all the articles and submit it to the requesters and that itself took away all my time.
3. Tried to create an ecommerce store and sent out flyers in my locality. Got 0 conversions.

I have made money with IM but nothing significant. I'm planning to work on 7878's ORM method, boomboomer's offline SEO method and the free website + affiliated hosting method. I'll be using a single website for all of these services. I have already designed the website. I am going to write one 1000 word premium article on iwriter everyday to pay my bills and pay for my supplements. I am an 19 year old college student and do not wish to give out my location.

Day 1

Startup : In the process of building the team. No revenue yet.
7878 method : I've called a few restaurants and I usually do get to speak with the marketing head/owner. So, I'll stick to cold calling for now and will start sending mails only if cold calling does not work.
1 client asked me to come over to the restaurant because he is not happy with his current webmaster and is looking for SEO as well ORM. The meeting is scheduled for tomorrow. Let's see how things go. I did not contact any other restaurant. I just want to see how things go with this one and then I'll start scaling up.
boomboomer's offline method : Contacted a few dentists, a few toy stores and a few eye hospitals. The problem is that I do not know much about SEO myself. I'm working on getting clients first and I'll learn as I earn. One of the dentist asked me to send him the contract. I'm charging a very small advance non-refundable fee and the rest of the money is charged only if I get the website on the first page of google.
Got 1 toy store client. The owner is looking to remodel the business and wants web design and SEO services but she says she wants it only after 2 months. She's still remodelling the business. We've decided to meet day after tomorrow. I'll try to get the contract signed.
Got 1 eye hospital client. He's seeing results with google ads and is not happy with his current webmaster. Scheduled a meeting for tomorrow.
I have to get my website all ready today and go with enough material to drive my point tomorrow.
Free Website design+affiliate hosting: No action taken.
iWriter : I'll write an article at night.

If there's any other method that you think I should try out, please let me know. I'm always up for suggestions.

An advice: You can't start working on 100 methods and expect to make significant money. Stick to a real, long term opportunity and the money will come if you work hard.

I totally understand that, but both the methods are kind of similar. I look at what the client might want and pitch accordingly.
Dint get much work done today.. Sent a contract to 3 clients via email. Will call them back day after tomorrow to close the deals.

Met 4 clients in all, and sent 7 contracts via mail. Have to meet them again to finalize everything

Yeah, that's exactly what happened when I met her in person. She said she wants a week to decide. I'll call her in a week, but I don't think she's really interested. But a few other clients are positive and I've closed one deal! I think I should start targeting companies that already spend a lot of money on marketing. I'll make a few calls to established firms tomorrow and see how things work out.

That is great to hear. My offline business model is the same whereby I go to various retail location and offer them services to increase their presence online.

Sounds great! Keep grinding as hard as you can and you'll eventually get there

I will be following this thread, you have a lot of ambition, good luck!

Thanks for the support! Means a lot to me.

Closed another deal today.
One thing I've learned. Female self driven clients are the best. They are usually people who are really passionate about what they are doing and even if the business is not doing well, they're usually rich. That is what gives them freedom to follow their passion in the first place. Plus, they're a little gullible :P
Tried calling companies that are already making a lot of money but all of them are already working with other agencies. I dont think pitching for SEO services to big firms is a good idea when they already have professional agencies doing it for them. I'll try pitching in ORM to them, but even that seems like something their agencies are already doing for them. But it's worth a try! Is there anything else that I can provide to these firms that is not already being provided to them?
