My Journey starts!

G'day everyone,

been reading a lot of your posts, soaking up info posted here;
everytime i needed some help and i googled for the solution there was a blackhat world post pointing at some solution, so i finally joined and since you sound like a nice community and here i go with my thoughts about my first nooby journey.

About myself, i have been a part-time web designer for about 5 years now, typography junkie pixel-eyed enthusiast always taking projects for local bussinesses and such.
Low price, payments come always very late.... so i started this journey half for the fun of it, to improve seo & advertising skills and of course for the money as well.

My steps & project so far are the following:

Project: Adult Tube videos.
Automated WP scrubbing videos from other porn tubes.
1 domain in english
linked to all social media and bombing tweets every 3 or 5 minutes with relevant hashtags...

Ads through:
Crak Revenue
Plug Rush
Juicy Ads
Tube camgirl

Project is today 4 days old today and my "revenue" and hits so far are the following:
day1 - 0.08 $
day2 - 0.28 $
day3 - 0.53 $
(day 3 was sunday so i expect day 4 -monday- comes lower maybe?)

analytics shows:
443 page views
255 users
79% rebound
2:41 mins average time

I followed a how to on this forum from Reinstecker on how to create an automated wordpress photo gallery which helped a lot!


After these 3 days my thoughts / questions:

Stumbleupon is sending me more traffic than twitter (that came like a surprise to me!)
and on the other side Facebook has hardly sent me one visit ~:-/ (literally)

PlugRush is by far the best monetizer.... i barelly get one cent from the other sites.
Is there anything i'm doing wrong??
I tried to level them 3 ads providers evenly across my site but since i see plugrush is (dunno why) working much better than all the others i decided to puts some more ads from them on my site!

I don't know if some of you guys has some advice for me coming from your experience, something i should be aware of... all advice is welcome!

My target? don't have one XD
10 bucks a day, 50 bucks a day... everything comes good right?

once my site is finally polished and shiny:
opening subdomains and clone my site and ads to niche different languages.

visits increased
rebound decreased
returning visitors increased
twitter followers keep increasing
but.... earnings dropped: day 4=0.28 $

i'll try uploading some videos to porn hub today...

question ..... can't find a way to upload videos to redtube... can't see the option to do so!
anyone had the same problem?

visits increased ... i got 276 sessions
rebound 79%
returning visitors about 15%
twitter followers keep increasing but at a lower pace now.
traffic coming from twitter, stumbleupon and tumblr... in this order.
got some direct google direct traffic & registered my website url on yandex & baidu for them to index it too

earnigns picked up a bit: 0.85$
just getting revenue from plugrush... that's weird...

return 12.5%
average session time: 2:01 mins

Moved ads around a bit yesterday and added ex0lick, see which come more profitable.
Been looking around for some info regarding ads optimization but can't find anything... guess i must go through trial and error process then.

twitter is bringing me 50% of the traffic...
and surprisingly flipboard is bringing around 10%, cool because never really signed up with them.

i'll be back tomorrow see how it goes...

hi there, just a regular shared cpanel 2$/month hosting.
activated cloudflare & total cache to improve response, etc and seems to be holding up.

Revenue yesterday: 1.07 USD !! yay!

During this time it's been basically a test / trial / error regarding how shall i place ads, which ads providers to use..... I found juicy ads works best for me. Dunno if it's the most profitable one or not but I feel it's working for me, besides they sold 2 of my ad placements so that was nice.

Also tryinng reddit, commenting some youtube videos... whether that is of any success is yet to be seen.
Autoposting photos with dlvr it & iftt to 7umblr & 7witter.
Using a pretty useful plugin for w0rdpress too: "Revive old post" ... which takes any of your oldest posts and twitts it away every 2 or 3 minutes.
My page has now over 6000 videos and over 27K tweets.

To be improved:
I got 2 facebook accounts banned during these weeks. And still trying to work out how to use faceb00k to bring more traffic.
Seems i'm stuck at the 700 followers mark on twitter... i need to increase that figure too.
My page is responsive but all my videos are on flv format so i'm still losing all the mobile visitors need to find a workaround for that issue too.
Bounce rate... guess related to the flv issue mostly.


Still on the process to clone the first site and make a second one, probably gay or shemale or whatever niche... thing is i am a design freak and i keep wasting time on design and typography and such
but so far the process is being fun!

What if you got caught copying the content?

Hi there... I'm just embedding the videos.
Popular porn sites such as redtube & others encourage you to do that.... since at the end of the day it delivers traffic back to them.
