My Journey on instagram.

2nd Days Update:

Just completed 48 hrs. Stats look promising for now. One of my pics ended up being on top of 5 tags in IG. Hence I could gather over 150 likes on it. Been a good 24hr since my last update.

Remember, everything I'm doing is manual, haven't even asked anyone for a Shoutout or like or comments. Its completely independent. So it might not b as fancy as some of the pros.

My pictures are getting likes from some of the established pages in my niche. So that's making me proud. :)

Statistics:

Posts - 13
Following - 1149 (+715)
Followers - 314 (+218)
Comments - 24 (+17)
Likes - 1080 (+850, 100% organic likes)

Day 3 update:

Just completed 72 hours of work on my Instagram account. As of now, everything is going better than expected. Getting over a 100 likes on each of my upload. One pic has 220+ likes, while others are past 100 and approaching 150. I checked my engagement using a website, it shows my engagement at 43.xx%, I guess that must b good. Coz I remember seeing someone post that 20% engagement is good. Lol

Anyway, I'm uploading 4-5 pics with intervals, and following over 800 ppl a day on average. Started slowly, and now I'm gonna stick to this around 400-500 followers maybe? Won't go over it Or I might get screwed. What r ur thoughts?

Statistics:

Posts - 18 (+5)
Following - 2171 (+1022)
Followers - 623 (+309)
Comments - 51(+26)
Likes - 2302 (+1222, 100% organic likes)

Looking forward to comments and feedback from you guys.

Haha! I even read somewhere that even just around 3% engagement rate is great. What you have going there is pretty good. You doing any unfollows atm?

No bro, no unfollows as of now, I'll start unfollowing when I'm around 1500 or so. Just to b safe. Or maybe I'll wait to complete a week or 10 days before unfollowing :)

I don't have much idea abt this method, just hoping to learn the right timing and numbers while doing it. With experience, I might be able to do it better in the days to come. :)

Man i think you're following a little aggressively if i were you i would follow 250 max per day for the first week
You can unfollow after 7000 or less

I have seen ppl suggest 30/hr follow/like/comment rate for new profiles. Which implies 300 for 10 hrs.
I'm doing everything manually, and getting a lot of engagement, am I still unsafe?
 
Yeah that's what i found, which also means 720/24h, i believe you're pretty safe i just like to experiment things by myself
I messed up in one thing which was unfollowing, as i forgot and set MP to unfollow up to 1.5K or more i guess per 24 xD
Luckily i just had a short temp unfollow ban! unfollow limits = follow limits

Ah okay, I am not using any bots, everything is manual, and that's why I was trying to test my limits. Haven't had any issues till now. Will try to keep it safe from now :) maybe 700 or so max. Thank you :D
 
Day 4 Update:

So I've completed 96 hrs with this account now. Today was a bad day, IG was Damn slow, pictures weren't loading, options to follow were coming after long wait, hence I couldn't follow many profiles today. Number of uploads today was 4 pics.

I was hoping to cross the 800 mark before making this post, but sadly, I missed it by just 1 follower. :(

Statistics:

Posts: 22 (+4)
Following: 2806 (+635)
Followers: 799 (+176)
Likes: 3238 (+936)
Comments: 61 (+10)

Remember, everything I'm doing is manual. :)

Thanks mate. Hopefully I'll reach 1000 followers tomorrow. 5 days to reach 1000 followers is something I would definitely love, considering I have had no experience in this field whatsoever and I'm doing everything manually :)
 
Day 5 update:

Today I uploaded my first video, I just did it right now and came here to make this post, lets see what the response is.

As of today, nothing major happened. Some people warned me of losing engagement coz I am following too many people and I should start unfollowing, so I let go of my plans to break the 1k barrier and started unfollowing today. I've unfollowed 150+ ppl today, and I'm gonna speed it up a little tomorrow. Will continue like this for 2 days more maybe. Will try to get it under 2000 followers. Today I was kinda busy, so couldn't unfollow regularly.

That brings me to a vital question, my tactic is, unfollowing 10 ppl at once, then wait for 20 mins and unfollow 10 more. Is that safe or should I do something else? Let me know via comments.

I was on board with this. But now, no disrespect, this is starting to set off alarms:
  1. The engagement numbers on this journey are the definition of "too good to be true."
  2. Those 1,000 likes you've gotten twice but don't mention a source are suspicious as fuck.
  3. It is not even believable that you could trend on a "Top 5 IG" tag at this stage (here's a list). Why?
    • First, you surely would walk away with more than +150 likes.
    • Second, you surely wouldn't get there without being bombed with 1k+ likes (like the ones you don't explain where they came from) in a matter of minutes.
    • Third, you can't win that race on 300 followers against accounts with 6 to 7 figure follower counts dominating those tags.
I'm not one to call people liars, but this IS the internet, fake journeys are an actual thing here and where there's smoke, someone's pants are on fire.

I think you've misunderstood the numbers and explanations here.

I said I've ranked in top posts of multiple tags on different posts. Never said that they are the "top tags of instagram". :)

I said I've received 1k likes once, not twice. And it was just on the first day, and I'm sure it was someone from my friends who did it.

And I do have over 200+ likes on most of my pictures.

There is nothing good about my journey and you're talking about it being "too good to be true" only means one thing, u probably didn't get the message right. There is surely some misunderstanding here :/
