My Journey begins now..Hello BHW

I'm ready to take my dive into IM. Everyone on here seem to be very welcoming after reading some threads. I can already tell it's a great community.
Lots of reading ahead, because from what I've seen that is the best info newbs get...read read read...take action, learn from mistakes, make money, scale up.

I'm not looking to be spoon fed but what can one say is a method for a newb to get his/her feet wet? Instagram, tumblr? facebook? I'm looking into cpabounty as well.

Just some general insight from you guys would be great. I'm willing to learn on my own, just need someone to give me a few matches in this dark tunnel.

I find where a lot of new people go wrong is they follow a set method, then they try another method and another and so on.

What actually happens is overtime the person builds up a lot of hands on experience but don't really break free from the shackles and think for themselves and how to put x,y & z together for themselves.

A lot of my consultation clients already have all the pieces of the puzzle, they just have a hard time putting them together in the right way.

So if you are just starting out, take time to build a foundation knowledge of the internet and marketing as a whole while simultaneously getting your hands dirty and trying some things out to build some hands on experience/lessons.

And above all else, keep things simple!

you will get bored...haha
