My Instagram Gets Disabled | How Can I Recover it

I never get any warning or anything from Instagram. it was my personal Instagram account with original content.

Yes i was using chrome extensions to like and content on peoples image, but only 100 comments a day.

I really worded very hard to build my profile and it was growing.

I already submit an appeal and respond to their email where they asked for my image with my name, username etc. But it's more than 3 days, i didn't get any response from them.

Is there any way to recover my account?

They replied me after 6 days after sending those infos. So have patience.

yes i got it back yesterday

They don't ban directly until you use bots after change password notice. I am confident that you will get back account 100% in 3-4 days.

Their support sucks if you ask me
Every follow up emails except the automated one can take a week or more

how do you contacted them? i just follow the onscreen instructions
