Hello, Id like to share my thoughts on this proxy provider with you as I am thinking that not even my archenemies deserve to deal with this problems.
It began when I tried to order the 10 proxie package from them, faststpring actually rejected my payment 3 times so I stoped trying and signed in instead.
I got 20$ worth of credits then and asked the support to get me 2 times the 10 proxie package, because the one their mainpage was a lot cheaper than what I could order from the control panel.
I looked the ips up in the user control panel and configured one of them in the browser.
I used my control panel login data aaaaaand:
Nothing, doesnt work
I authenticated my ip, tried again - still not working
I asked the support wether the login data is the same for the proxies as for the control panel which he ignored and told me I should authorize my ip.
After a headache and looking into their knowledge base I found out that I actually should have gotten a mail with login data.
That mail is nowhere to be found(no not in the spam folder either)
After I told the support that this mail might help me he asked for my proxy IPs which he apparently couldnt look into himself.
He told me he will forward my "concern" to the technical team.
I dont think the support guys can be held responsible for this, more the working condition which they have.
