Let me provide a few more details about what I'm working on right now.

Currently, the US state of California has launched the Residential Solar and Storage Equity (RSSE) program with a $280M budget. This fund is designed to help working families save money, improve energy reliability, reduce or eliminate electric bills, and gain energy independence by funding solar panels and battery setups for low-income families.

I'm part of a team hired by a solar panel installer to create a quick marketing campaign (tech side) to reach people who qualify for this program. The problem is that the leads they currently have are outdated and show a significant bounce rate.

So I'm curious—is there a way to get (or buy) well-targeted leads of Californians who own homes and might be quite interested in this short-term opportunity?
