My Grandma's FB got locked

Hey everyone, my grandma's account got locked. It is asking for phone verification and she doesn't have access to her number anymore and it is also asking for a ID verification. Her last name on FB is different so I can't use her real ID, can anyone suggest a service that creates fake ID's. She's like 950 level on Candy Crush lol and it would mean a lot to her if she gets the account back.

Well my grandma is on level 2568 and she makes fake IDs.

A friend of mine with legit fb account was asked for an ID verification. He had his nickname instead of a real name, but he uploaded his ID. Facebook accepted it and changed his nickname to his real name. So I don't think creating a fake ID would necessary, if all your grandma does is playing Candy Crush.
 
Mine too, my real one, I was at level 297, that's so sad, I don't have a virtual life, Suckerberg sucks with her policy. I lost all my accounts and pages.

Yes, I have a month without facebook, i'm cured. And I have a blacklisted ip, I think, I can't make another facebook and add my friends.
