My Friend's Book Is Written Printed and Ready to Sell – How to Sell It Online?

One of my friends, who lives in the USA, has written and printed a book. The book includes Italian recipes and a bit about Italian old life. We're hoping to sell it online.
So, BHW guys, could you suggest the best platforms to sell it? and which is our target audience.
