When I say my friend I actually mean my friend I'm elite when creating stealth PayPal so I'll never see this problem. Well my friend said he was scammed. A buyer purchased a lot of stuff from my friend and hit him with a charge back. He sent tracking number and also signature confirmation which was signed for by the buyer. Buyer reports it to PayPal then PayPal looked at evidence & my friend wins. A month later the buyer initiates the dispute again because he reported to his credit card company that he didn't make the purchase which is unauthorized transaction. My friend lost the dispute because PayPal said its out of their hands its the credit card company. My friend said he will not pay $10,000 to PayPal for being scammed. I warned him that its huge amount and be prepared to be sued by PayPal. Am I right? He used real information.
