I'm not crazy, or delusional, or even living in a world of Fantasy.

I just said that because in 5 years, the noobs will be searching for this very post.

Why? Because I'm gonna have the most successful real estate blog in the entire WORLD (touching pinkie to corner of mouth).

So when are you gonna have that blog?

Its up and running - I've been doing it for almost a year, but am finally getting around to some of the important SEO stuff. Decided to put the horse first, and follow up with a cart.
