Hey guys, I’m on a journey to make passive income through my site.
here it is

I feel stuck... I read some of these posts and a lot of you guys have started off very well.. I’m quite discouraged by my lack of knowledge and experience. I want to succeed and prove to everyone that i can make it. Can you guys give me some tips and feedback.. I’d like to know what I can do to improve the site. Or where I can download content.. to put into my site. I appreciate everyone’s time.

There's a lot of information here so use your time to learn.
And of course don't give up if you're stuck rn.

Wp script is a good start, the theme they provide is good but embedding video's from other host's will always lead to bad user experience.

If i were you and could afford i would look into self hosting the videos.
If you are going for hentai give proper tags and episodes look at myanimelist for what to post.
Improve on the loading speeds.

This guy definitely right, that's not will work for you like magic and especially in the niche that you take try to learn from study cases and remember that that like every business you should find what will make your site especially and why would visitors will come back if there is too many popups and ads

That is great. I have visited your website.
Your website video lengths should be high so that the visitors or viewers can stay for some more time.
Your website should be more friendly. You can use any free word press porn related themes also.
Your ads should be compatible very much.

You can download huge videos from the rest of the porn site. You can search on Google.
 
Good start. I use the same Theme. What you can improve is:
  • limit the empty spaces, there is currently way too much unused space
  • Try to play with the number of video settings for the sidebar or put some ad banners in to fill empty spaces
  • invest in the checker for broken links from wp-script
  • "categorie" is useless when only two available. Use the navigation for other Hentai stuff.
keep going, maybe we can PM later.
 
Good start, though I am not sure if its self advertisement or introduction ?
 
God... Where do i start?

1. Hentai but also normal porn? -> doomed from the start. Don't mix
2. Ads? -> this screams as being cringe worthy of a website due to like bombarding me with ads left and right -> for now, I don't see any potential income from this site because of all the advertisement spam

Like others have said. Read more and cut down on the ads for god sake. Nobody's going to use your website if it screams as: "I want ad moneyz"
