What Makes A Good Logo
A good logo looks good on both a dark and light background. Your logo would probably only look good against a black background. A good logo is also simple, yet memorableas well as being easily recreated. Just take a look at these text logos to see what I mean:
Colour Choice
You had the right idea with your colour choice for that type of business (pink to represent femininity and yellow to represent youth), although the execution was poor. Aside from your logo looking like an Apple product with that lower case "i", I've also seen that little "eyebrow" design on many other logos before.
Font Choice
We all had to start somewhere, so good job on your first attempt!
By the way, have more confidence in your work. Calling it "my first little logo" alludes to me that you know the logo is abysmal and makes me think you don't have much confidence in your work. If you aren't confident in your "art", then what you design is going to reflect this.

Not bad for the first attempt, however If you want to make a professional logo, get your hands on Adobe Illustrator. It is a vector based application, which is why i suggest you Adobe Illustrator and not Adobe Photoshop.
As for colors, it is obvious that you are a beginner, avoid using shadows, bevels and outer colors on texts if they don't actually have a meaning.

Its good for the start ...even i started to work on AAA logo maker 1 and half year back ...
but i realized the quality of my logo weren't as great as i would like it to be eventually after 4 months i started learning adobe illustrator through google and now after working on many project and practice i can say a year later my work as as good as many of learnt designer ....so just dont stop learning u already have skills

You need to improve a lot brow...
Looks frightening. Way too much for me. That's my personal opinion. The font/colour scheme just makes me want to run a away. Maybe because I'm a guy? Maybe because I'm an opinionated graphic designer? Maybe I just don't understand the concept.
For me though, that logo just doesn't hit any positive notes.
If your looking to get into logo design start with online YouTube tutorials. If you are making it for yourself than perhaps sketch out the overall look and find someone online to make a nice professional vector from it.

From few years of design, I can tell you that a good logo should be made as a vector / SVG illustration so that there is no quality loss when it's small , medium, or extra large: you can scale it to whatever size, the quality will stay the same, it will not be pixelated.
Also it should directly tell what your buisness is about, without even having to read the name of the company.
