Hey guys i am about to List a Flippa Site For Sale do you guys Have any advices ?

Don't overthink, do your research, don't overprice and then leave it. If it sells congratulations if it doesn't, don't worry see if you can find out why and correct it, its all about trial and error and practise. Good Luck!
 
You can also try godaddy autions. Its the cheapest and it works unlike flippa.
You list the domain, and check the checkbox that it got a website and add details in the description.
 
Thank you for the solid information I wish I could have sold my sites before I took them down.
 
Have as much data to support its value. I sold a website on flippa for $15,000 USD a few years back. You can connect your Google analytics account that will help encourage the buyer too. I recommend attaching a ton of proof of income too for the website.

I had a domain with good backlinks in godaddy and I totally forgot that I could sell it directly on godaddy lol. Thanks for reminding me. I put it at $1500, let's see if it gets sold xd
