Have as much data to support its value. I sold a website on flippa for $15,000 USD a few years back. You can connect your Google analytics account that will help encourage the buyer too. I recommend attaching a ton of proof of income too for the website.

I had a domain with good backlinks in godaddy and I totally forgot that I could sell it directly on godaddy lol. Thanks for reminding me. I put it at $1500, let's see if it gets sold xd
