I think its importend to focus on a good 'niche' for example; I am using Dutch movies.. just because there is almost no competition.
I see that you are from israel... So, if you are using movies to earn some money; Try not to focus you on the big Hollywood movies, but on populair movies from israel. Maybe it works!
Edit: Just try to do it something different then the rest is doing.. Do not copy and paste methodes but make you're on version of it.

Can you get banned from sharecash for uploading certain types of files (like copy written stuff that's not yours)?

1. Private proxies ftw! from what i've been reading 5 accounts created per IP, but in kraftykyles journal he says he has like 15 accounts on 1 IP.
just make note of what accounts go w/ what proxy.

3. up to you, but this is a double edged sword. If too many people troll them like the OP then eventually when people see a sharecash link they will dismiss it and conversions will fall.

right now i did nothing to stay anonymous. I just created one youtube account, and its still active.
Ofcourse you can get banned but i dont upload copy written stuf; i just upload a text file with a message like: "Hey! please buy this movie, downloading it is illegal"
and ofcourse; if to many people are become a 'victim' of this troll they wont do any survey anymore. But: In holland almost nobody is using sharecash and i only had about 1000 views on my youtube account, so it takes a long time before everybody knows sharecash. There are a LOT of people that are new on the internet en never have seen any sharecash link.
Maybe an other tip: try to focus on 'dumb' / People new on the internet. I run a search engine focused on homework, and the main focus is on people between 8 and 12 years old. They really have no idea what they are doing on the internet en click like monkeys on the adsense ads. i have about 10.000 visiters each month and last month i earned 300 euro.
