My first client, and then?

I want to start earning money by offering a service to local businesses but.... I had no idea what to do after closing the client. I was told to do an integration process and I have searched for information about this and I didn't understand it very well.

Probably best to learn how to fulfill a service before selling it to clients, you cannot sell a service first and then figure out what to do, take some time to hone your craft or service, get organized, and have a plan in place and then focus on getting clients, then, you can focus on building a sustainable business.

Well put, you can't close on the client without first having knowledge on what you're wanting to provide them or what they need provided.

But I know what service I'm giving, the point is.... I make him sign the contract, and then I keep telling him that we will be in touch by WhatsApp?

That is up to you to decide but if you want to present yourself professionally, create a GMail or set up a site and use a personalized email to correspond with clients, you can also ask clients which method of contact they prefer as me personally, I have some that prefer email and others Skype, so what I do is make myself available on each, you may want to do the same to make it as easy as possible for clients to reach you, hope this steers you in the right direction.
