I use a views provider to get views from it normally takes about 24 hours to see changes in views.

Congrats OP, great results!
I must agree with most that YT is getting crazy with flagging! I have uploaded 3 original videos, no music, my own voice, no spam in description, everything complying with their TOS 100% - all videos got flagged withing 2 hours, and 2 got community guidelines strikes. How to find out what triggers this? I think this is autoflagging as it happens way too soon after uploading, and knowing the videos are whitehat made/optimized, it's just ridiculous.

Yes I have experienced this, exactly the same thing. Thought I would test with my other YT account, and no videos got removed there - so I think there must be something with the account that their super systems don't like, or maybe the channel you're uploading to. Try uploading to another channel or account, and let us know how it goes.

Yes, I tried with affiliate link and link to website, both types of videos were taken down

That is the reason,the Youtube autoflagging bot follows the 301 and 302 redirects in your links in the video description just like facebook bots to find links believed to be spam.Youtube sees Clickbank links as spam therefore flagging your video as inappropriate.A way around this is to buy a domain and use a meta refresh redirect ,so that it will redirect to your affiliate link.I find this out when I uploaded a video without a description for a "make money online" keyword and made it public ,it did not get flagged for 24 hours,but as I put my affiliate link in the description it got flagged by youtube within two hours as inappropriate.
I did not buy any views or used the unlisted method on this video.
