My fake Paypal was limited

It's my first post here, so sorry if this is the wrong section.
I have a Paypal account that I use to receive money from eBay sales. I used a fake name, country and didn't add a credit card or a bank account. I only used it to receive the money from eBay sales and paying for the stuff I buy. The account was limited and is asking me to add a credit card and verify the address using a utility bill(which I clearly can't). Is there any way I can get my money from that account? (send it to someone or use it to pay for purchases)
P.S They are 2 Paypal accounts, one in Switzerland and the other in France.

You can go the fake document route or wait 180 days, either way you should see your money, just depends on how soon you want to get it.

I have one and I'm using it for 3/4 months. It works like charm and I'm loving it. there are some precautions one needs to take while using stealth account. I'm not sure whether you are aware of it or not. After receiving payment, the holder should not use the money to buy things or send to someone right away. Allow it to be there for a week or so. Initially I used to send and receive $50 one time. But after 3 months I have scaled it $100. Never faced any problem. Once VCC expires, it is better to replace with a fresh one. However, my paypal account is not from Europe but from North America.
