No buddy there is no point of buying followers I had a good reputable account as i was struggling to grow it organically so I thought to purchase some followers. it did not work for me at all even i started losing my real followers which I gained with my own hard work. stay real post quality content you don't need to purchase the followers if the content perfectly aligns what your audience wants to see you will grow organically.
 
I would not recommend buying and gaining subscribers, Facebook tracks all this very well and will quickly block the account.
 
I think you should focus more on content and images for your posts, always post regularly and run some ads to maintain engagement and attract real followers

maybe because facebook has tightened up their rules recently maybe because of that you have buffed your followers and those followers will decrease over time i think you should not buy followers that is not safe at all

buy safe or no -> the answer is no. It won't be effective at all. There are many reasons why you can't grow your page. You need to be more specific
 
Buying followers is not safe at all, In the long run, you will find out your page has got some issue in reaching people and getting the right audience, If I should suggest what you can do, I would say changing device can help, sometims IP do have effect on how your Content or Audience grow..
I would love to ask, Do you have some content posted on the FaceBook account? If actually you've posted some content, you can check if it's increasing by checking the insights and if not you should try posting content on another Devcie and check if it reach better. Hope this help
