buying followers will only hurt your reach in the long run. you should review your insights to see what content is keeping your audience engaged, then focus on repurposing or expanding that type of content with a more consistent posting schedule.

You should not buy followers for your page, you should create visual content that attracts viewers and share groups and posts to groups related to your products and creations, having natural followers will help your page develop in a positive direction and not violate the established rules. You can post regularly and include ads for your group.
