I've been working with NiceNic recently for one of my domains, and honestly, the experience has been a breath of fresh air.
I've used registrars like Namecheap and GoDaddy for years, and the biggest difference is simply being able to talk to a real person when something goes wrong. Having someone on Telegram who understands the situation, knows what's at stake, and actually helps you solve the problem makes a huge difference.
Recently, I've been dealing with a lot of false reports from a competitor, and NiceNic has consistently been there to support me and help move things forward. That kind of support is worth a lot. At this point, it's not even about the price. I'd rather pay more for a domain, even x3 of the price and know that there's a team behind it, instead of constantly worrying that it could be taken down because of a bad-faith report.
I've lost several domains in the past and had some really frustrating experiences with other registrars, so having a registrar that actually cares feels almost unreal.
I'm not trying to promote them or anything. I just think we’re often quick to talk about bad experiences and rarely take the time to mention when someone does things right.
I haven't tried every registrar out there, so I can't make a full comparison, but based on my experience so far, NiceNic has been excellent. The support actually care and are so friendly.
