My Experience and Experiment with Autoblog

I have to thanks to all post about "how to make autoblog" in bhw. That's great and I love it. Now, I want to share my experiment for autoblog. Not all tips I have to do. Just what I knew, I will do it.

For the RSS plugin, I use wp o matic, but not using their cron job. I think it's more risk. I just make them manually, when I have time, I press fetch ... For the special site from news or article, that no need thumb / image, I use magpie RSS ... I set update every 12 hours. Who is update? The visitor or you are. Every visitor coming and it's 12 hours + my site have not update, so they will excute my code to call my magpie rss.

The other stuff, I see all plugin provide here, video related content, twitter etc. But the most important is the theme. For my experiment project, I use hybrid theme. That's free and very good, complete, and great facility ... (googling for the theme)

Actually I want to keep my blog as natural ... fresh ... but always update by itself ... Tonite I finished one of my auto-blog (just4ud0tinf0). I did not satisfied with my site, because it still "not look nature". I will update next time ... So, gimme some review if you do not mind.

It looks good to me, very neat and simple. You could have one more adsense after the post to get a better result though.

What plugin are u using for adsense by the way - Delux?

No delux. I'm using 2 plugin.

1. Adsense Manager 2. Adman.
First, setup your adsense code FROM Adsense Manager (just put the color and account id). Get the code, and paste in the ADMAN area. There 3 area ADMAN, before posting, after title, in the midfle of pasting and the end of content.

For ADMAN area, not only adsense, you can put the banner or others HTML code. I loce combine these plugin

Ok is up and running good now.

chanchogc is right, neat and simple. although it seems to create
a little eye strain on me as it is slightly dark.

simple is good but need some eye catch such as a couple picture in post i think
well ive seen your blog blackbackground is good for readers

For me there are way too many links. I want people to click ads and not my internal links

Correct if i'm wrong. I have opinion that Mr G will index our page or single page not only "what really about" the content, but also "what really view" in a page/single page.

If using RSS feed usually we get a part of content. So what usefull from 'related post', 'popularity post' 'related video' etc .... is to make our page/single page is UNIQUE ... is it right? I have many experience, more info ... ('related post' etc) is helping our page became unique.

Eventhough it's make reader bored or maybe angry lol ... (there are many link to the other, there's no information they want). Our readers has not loyality, easy come easy go ...

I mean, easy click easy go ...

How to make wp o matic to take only a half from another rss blog???

it's depend on the source, how long they provide their content. Actually wp o matic is depend on the source ... even you can modified them. by the way, for now, visit my site if you want get nice walpaper and theme ... enjoy

If you don't want people to click on links other than those of your adsense, then don't put source info which is not clickable. They might feel that your blog is not professional.

You wasted a lot of space in the above the fold. I think you can put some banners or headers there or even some adsense there.

yes great flowerhorn. I agree. I have many blog that 'not put original source'. But in this case, I want to put it. It's no problem. My concern is, how to make normal conversion, between my traffic and me earning ...
