My Design Work | An honest opinion

Hello ladies and gentleman,

I'm new to this forum but love the interaction and the amount of people whom are will to give there time to help others out, either by commenting on their thread or giving advice etc.

So I thought I'd throw some stuff I've worked on over the years (some of my designs are old some are new) and see what you guys think. I'm currently a student earning no money what-so-ever, so I'm trying to come to conclusions whether or not I should get into freelance work and start asking if people need graphic's done for these sites or even help with getting there site up and running (I normally work with wordpress, I have only done cosmetic stuff involving CSS not to much HTML).

So anyway people here's a link to my tumblr I setup in like 20 minutes just to showcase my designs (scroll down on the site and click the down arrow to show all the images)

Since I am new please do PM me and I will send the URL to my designs which is hosted on a tumblr account.

I've also done work in the past for non-profit organizations offering very very low prices for setting up there website and doing them up a logo and whatnot. I've never really been a fan on money but that sure has caused me to be a little unmotivated so I'm trying to change that and at least get myself somewhere bearable.

anyway guys any feedback is appreciated whether or not its a go f*#* yourself or a not bad.

PS. I'm not a spammer nor do I intend to spam or anything just asking for an honest opinion, nothing more.

Cheers mate, whenever I get the ability to add a URL i'll put that baby in there, its a pain but understandable since SPAM would be through the roof otherwise.

Pretty good man. I like the Adzzy one.

Suggestion: add some more subdued logos. All of the ones you have up there look good, but they are all loud, "in your face" logos. (Not necessarily a bad thing, but not all businesses are looking for something like that.)

Cheers for the feedback Jared255, I have a lot more designs that I have done for businesses that I haven't uploaded so I'll have to upload them at some point.

They area all well done nothing to complain about since you have been doing this for a bit now so you have the hang of what not to do. Trust me if you see my first web designs you would be laugh your ass off.

Great designs. How much to you usually charge for a logo?

nice designs mate. but some of your designs are like what most photoshop tutorials will show you. maybe you can try to improvise your designs to make them more unique. stand out from the rest and I'm sure your designs will be in demand. keep it up the good work!
