Download Escan for windows
Code:
http://escan-anti-virus.en.softonic.com/
It has a 15 day demo. it is fully functional for those 15 days. It finds virtually everything, even old style decompression bombs and keyword loggers.
Install it and run it over and over until it runs clean. Do the same thing for Malware bytes. Reboo t the computer and run it again until it runs clean two times in a row.
Get "rootkit revealer" from Systernals.com for your version of windows and run it.
In the results, pay no attention to anything except things that are hidden from windows. Media state changes, data mismatches, and embedded nulls are no concern.
For each item that is being hidden, write down the location. Do not worry about the registry entries, concentrate on the file locations.
Get a linux disk and boot up on it. When it boots, go into your disks, hunt down the files in the list you made, and delete them. You cannot delete them in windows because of access issues. Use a live linux distro. I use a live Ubuntu disk.
After you reboot, clean your registry if you have a registry cleaner.
That is as clean as you can reasonably get you machine without spending money.
