If you have a low enough profile that you will never be hit with a human reviewer, you could consider using the G n-gram database and a rlated word db (like wordnet)to semi-intelligently string together proper N-grams.
I would like to point out that this is still not a good idea, but if you have some reason you want to use generated content, this would be the way to do it (in my humble opinion)
