You don't have to. You have options on the normal offers too, to add sub ids.

It lets you pass through tracking variables if you want to.

Best option for you right now is to give a shot for smartlinks that is going to work for you and will give you little confidence boost when your earning will rise.
The threshold for this is 100$ and that too on the next month when you reach the threshold, so don't be ever satisfied with your work just experiment and try again and again ;)

Sites looks the same, but payout is more higher on HQ ( for example "
Slut Roulette - DOI - Desktop = 1,90$ ; "Slut Roulette - DOI - Desktop - HQ = 3,50$".
Should I promote only HQ offers?

Sorry bro I don't know nothing anything about this but I think in offers PPS higher than 1.90$ you need to send some more traffic lead so they can verify you traffic source and you need to send traffic from tier1 countries.I think this may be the reason.If not I hope someone here will explain this to you.

I'm not making so much,I have just started,now my all earning is 2.00$ but I will do everything to grow my earnings even if it takes me time.

From the looks of things, the HQ one is only available on request, meaning they will likely only take affiliates who can push high volume of good quality traffic. Until you can hit the required level, you will have to take the lower payout.

You can start uploading on xvideos and redtube,is better if you have any older account because you can upload how many times you want and you have more chance that xvideos will put your videos on front of page,if not create 3 accounts on xvideos and 3 on redtube start uploading on each account 3 videos per day.Upload cam videos and add your domain to the title.
