My content getting deindexed and sitemap discovered url is suddenly zero

My website content is constantly getting deindexed from search engine.
I’m not sure why this happened but I did two major changes few days ago before I noticed this problem.
The two changes I did are:
1. I upgraded from free rank math to premium. But after installing the premium version of rank math I realized the free version was already too good for me, so I uninstalled it in about 24hours later
2. After uninstalling premium rank math, I changed my international targeting in search console from unlisted to United state.
These were the two major changes I did.
24hours after these two major changes were made, I noticed that:
1. Site map discovered url suddenly showed zero
2. My content started getting deindexed from SERP. My mobile friendly pages started reducing and currently it has reduced to 1. My FAQs rich snippet data started reducing too and currently it’s zero.
I don’t understand why these is happening.
But if I submit the child version of my sitemap it will show all the post and pages successfully but the primary site map is showing zero.
Also, the majority of my content has been deindexed from search engine. Only about 7 post in left in SERP and the deindexing continues every day.
Note:
1. I’ve tested my sitemap it all seem to be working fine, I’m not sure why this suddenly happen in GSC

2. My content are original and quality
3. I haven’t engaged in any link building
4. There’s no warning or manual action warning from google search console
5. My site speed is almost 100% and responsive too.
I’ve checked everything I could, I’m not sure why this problem is happening.
Please any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

I think you should wait a bit longer. 24 hours is too little, give it a week or two...

Also, you can't be deindexed from SERPs, you can only be deranked, Deindexing means that google completely removes your site / site's pages from their database forever, and that's really bad. If you've lost your rankings that's a different story and easier to fix than being deindexed.

Just check the URLs that used to rank, manually in google, and if they show up it means that you're NOT deindexed, you've just be deranked, in which case you should wait, like I said. And if you've been deindexed (the URLs don't show up when you type them into google search)... well, that's bad indeed. And yeah, google don't send notices anymore when sites get penalties... not always anyway, so you'll have to live with this.

I think is a google search console issue... Mine is dropping impression s ( and ranking..)... For no reason in these two weeks...

I've waited for over one week now.

This is over one week now since the issue started. Also, when you search for the url you won't find it on Google. But when you use Google operator you'd find about 7urls in total only on Google.

Join the f'ing club
It's very frustrating trying to stay ranked these days. What might be your problem is inconsistency with content perhaps? I've noticed once you stop being active, i.e, posting articles, G seems to dislike that and not prioritize your content anymore.

Upgrading plugins, or activating any is certainly not the problem here. It might be the age of your site, and your content that you're putting out. Double check if everything fits under Google's policies.

i post at least 4 content daily, minimum of 1500 words. And it’s education niche, precisely school updates, so I’m not sure if it has any issues with google.

looks like a penalty. How soft or harsh, I don't know but 4 results / 7 results only is definitely a penalty.

Better wait for an expert reply cause my knowledge is limited, sorry

Me for example i see... From search console that sole page have produced some impressions.... Then i click the Botton " Check URL " ( Again in search console).. I insert the URL of the same page.... And the result is: this URL is not on Google.
