Bing syndicate there search results to a corporate funded scraper network, just like yahoo did. The network takes your content without accreditation and copies it thousands of times over devaluing the originality of your webpage to reduce its quality score. Don't believe me try searching your content in quotations on Google. Its all done through there api's.
