My blog started showing page rank 2

Hi,
3 months before,my blog www.onlinework4all.com page rank was 1 so I started giving weight to page rank .
I started using bookmarking ,pinging,RSS submission,backlinking daily basis.In few days ,my page rank dropped to 0 and for past 3 months,it was 0 so I thought due to my aggressiveness ,may dropped to 0.
Today I checked my page rank is 2.
I have not used any scrapbox or Xrumer.
I just used free tools and few backlinks.

if you guys need any help let me know.

I am now PR3 with a 3 month old blog and 130 spammy, no relevance at all, and different languages backlinks. Is this "normal"?

this must be a mistake, maybe the tools we use too measure pr are not working anymore

I tried with mozila PR checker add ons and PR checker website and found that PR is 2.

great...New google update has brought happiness for many webmasters but at the same time,some one websites PR dropped too.Good keep it up the pace.

Post article to your blog regular.Make title and keywords matching to content.Thereafter I used free tools like free mass tarffic,webindexer,backlinkspeed,mass pinger,BHW backlink tool and onlywire bookmarking.Occasionally I was creating 1 backlink every 15 days.
